In a seldom used part of the school grounds there are stirrings and rustlings in the undergrowth…classes of children were tempted out in a break in the wet weather today to have some playful creative outdoor learning time with me.
St Johns International School uses an inquiry based learning system of study I really like. It’s a motivational way of encouraging learning because the students own enquiry can be included in the way the learning progresses. Today did some creative outdoor learning that covered themes such as Body Systems, How people use photography to express ideas and opinions, Human migration, How art develops an understanding of ourselves and our surroundings…and more!
